My name is Christopher Kadima, I’m a personal trainer and athlete from France based in Los Angeles. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2015. Throughout my career I had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including male and female professional athletes, world renowned recording artists, busy moms, businessmen and women, actors and more. I specialize in mobility, strength and conditioning. My goal as a personal trainer is not only to help you reach your goals but also to make you enjoy the process and share my knowledge about fitness.
I want to help my clients to be stronger from the inside out. For that I use mobility training as the foundation of my programs. More precisely the FRC (Functional Range Condition) system created by world-renowned movement specialist Dr. Andreo Spina. This system is a tool that not only helps to expend range of motion and flexibility, but it also strengthens range of motion to develop body control. In addition to that, my programs include traditional strength and conditioning training as well as nutrition guidance to get optimal results. The training programs are individually customized for each client.
I fell in love with sport and fitness when I was a kid. My dad was a soccer player so from a young age I was introduced to the world of sport and performance. I’ve tried many different sports growing up but basketball was the one that excited me the most. I played basketball at a college and professional level in France but after a foot injury I decided to hang the jersey and pursue my passion for sport through coaching. To me fitness is a way of living that goes beyond a hour of exercising at the gym. It’s a lifestyle that not only improves the body strength and aesthetics but also the mind capabilities. Each workout should be a victory that leads to a better version of ourselves and this is the mind set that I want to share with my clients.
I’m certified through NASM (National Academy Of Sports Medicine, FRC (Functional Range Conditioning), PN (Precision Nutrition), Stick and Mobility, and ACE (American Council On Exercise). I make it my duty as a professional personal trainer to continue educating myself each year with new certifications and studies to provide the best service possible to my clients.
The Gym:
Hight end private facility located in West Hollywood. Clean, not crowded, with showers available and free protein smoothie provided.
