WHO AM I?
My name is Christopher Kadima, I’ve been a personal trainer since 2015. Throughout my career I had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients including male and female professional athletes, recording artists, busy moms, businessmen and women, actors and more. I specialize in mobility, strength and conditioning. My goal as a personal trainer is not only to help you reach your goals but also to make you enjoy the process and share my knowledge about fitness.
WHY WORKING WITH ME?
I fell in love with sport and fitness when I was a kid. My dad was a soccer player so from a young age I was introduced to the world of sport and performance. I’ve tried many different sports growing up but basketball was the one that excited me the most. I played basketball at a college and professional level in France but after a foot injury I decided to hang the jersey and pursue my passion for sport through coaching. To me fitness is a way of living that goes beyond a hour of exercising at the gym. It’s a lifestyle that not only improves the body strength and aesthetics but also the mind capabilities. Each workout, each step, should be a victory that leads to a better version of ourselves and this is the mind set that I want to share with my clients.
Christopher Kadima is a fitness personal trainer and former professional basketball player from France based in Los Angeles. After a foot injury he decided to end his basketball career and utilize his passion for sport to become a fitness trainer.
With over 17 years of experience as a high-level athlete and 10 years as a personal trainer with celebrity and professional athlete clients (women and men), Christopher holds a strong understanding of the functions of the human body. His clientele includes recording artists such as Gwen Stefani, Victoria Secret’s Models, NBA players and businessman and women.
Christopher pursued a career in personal training to inspire others to have a healthier lifestyle through fitness, nutrition and mental development. He has helped his clients to reach their personal fitness goals ranging from strength, conditioning, weight loss and mental growth. Training Programs are individually customized to your specific level and goals.
Christopher uses an exclusive private gym located in West Hollywood and offers home calls within the West Los Angeles area.
