My online training follows the same approach as my in person training. We begin with an assessment session to establish where you need to start with your training. After that I design a weekly program with the appropriate progression based on your level and desired goals. I’m there to support and assist you each step of the way with direct messages and video explanations. I give you nutrition guidance to make sure that you get the proper amount of food to reach your target.
